R, 3/17/2011: 4.5 miles, Hargrove.
Sa, 3/19/2011: 4.65 miles, Run to the River.
Su, 3/20/2011: 7.5 miles, treadmill, 58:48. Last 2.5 miles at 7:35 pace (incline over last 2.5 changed every half mile: 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 0.5).
Total for week: 21.05 miles. Half marathon training begins next week.
